Tanvi’s prenatal yoga is designed for pregnant women in their second and third trimesters. The class combines stretches, pranayamas, asanas and meditation beneficial for expectant mothers. The sequences also help increase strength and flexibility in the muscles during childbirth.
NOTE: Open to all levels & women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters.
