Strength and Conditioning class
In this class we’ll be focusing on fundamental movements of strength training
Like squats , lunges, deadlift , push ups.
With that every session has core workout at the end.
We Will warm up with the banded mobility and cool down with smashing techniques with roller and tennis ball.
NOTE: This class is open to all levels.
